Pam Golding Property's Selwyn Sharon has been raking in the A-grade tenants in Cape Town.
Prime office space at 85 St Georges Street in the heart of Cape Town's central city area has been taken up in a lease transaction concluded by Pam Golding Commercial leasing, sales and investment consultant Selwyn Sharon.
It comprises 425m2 of the entire top floor of the building and the property has been leased by Synergy Business Intelligence, a subsidiary of Sekunjalo Holdings.
The building, which is owned by Eurocape Holdings and houses Nedbank as an anchor tenant, has been renovated to A grade quality as have other buildings in the city centre to meet the demand for such office space.
Sharon said more buildings, such as Atterbury House - formerly known as Shell House - are being renovated from B grade to A grade to cater for this demand.
